No, it's not that at all. The image in question is clearly supposed to be a GIF or PNG because of the flat colors and somebody saved it as a JPEG instead and fucked the colors.

I'd ask to be turned into an alien that can grant people anthro forms. Then I'd find people I like and grant them multiple transformations. I'd take people I dislike and turn them into like tiny mice or something. I could also change myself that way. I'd also probably track down most of the artists posted in this thread so far and mouse them. Good lord why do so many TF artists suck ass? And worse why do so many of you guys encourage them?
