Yeah, I suppose I never described in great detail.
To my mind, her face is generally humanoid, but at least one of her eyes has the red Grimm effect, she has ursa-bear ears, and patches of black ursa fur on various parts of her body. Oh, and the white skull parts with red markings on them around the outside of her face. I was thinking of it looking like an Arrancar skull-mask from Bleach, but I'm not sure.
Also, she now wears glasses, upside-down. I never specified, but the reason is she always wore them cosmetically to look smart and Grimm-Bertha doesn't know how glasses work, so she subconsciously put them on upside-down.
