Emperor's Death Beam with a Super Saiyan has gotten the best results for me. It has good tracking and high damage along with a bit of stun.
Non-DLC would probably be Whis' Symphonic Destruction or Cell's Perfect Kamehameha.
If you can get the enemy to stand still long enough, Assault rain and Final Shine (as super saiyan) are pretty nice.
For Ki-super moves
Freiza's beam, Perfect Shot, Big Bang, and even Spirit Bomb if you can charge it up and make contact.

I feel like transformation are there own slot now, and you can have all of your stages in a row, and perhaps it's like Budokai logic, in that, if you have enough Ki, you can go straight to your max form if you want, or you can start off gaining power and Ki through the fight to save energy

when it came to the first game, that wasn't too much of a problem, unless you were playing Goku, who had fucking 5 different Kaio-ken forms, and they were ALL required to have to even use Super Saiyan, and even then, it required a shit ton of Ki and ate your Ki so fast using it

Doing the "prepare for the saiyans" PQ is the fastest way to get dragon balls iirc, and that still takes ~1-2 hours.
That's about 100-200 hours of doing the same PQ over and over and over.

Peakabuu and Buublegum were good friends to me and i cant say anything bad about them. Taffy was a bit of a bully but otherwise was helpful when i needed it. i didnt know Lollie and Belle very well but the few times we talked in the general they didnt seem too bad.
you cant really blame any of them for the general dying. most of the shitposting came from waifufags that couldn't stop talking about how they wanted to do x to y. i even got targeted by that a little bit towards the end of my presence in the general.
infact each time one of them left it seems the waifu shitposting just moved onto another person. it stayed that way until nobody was left in the general for them to post about and then the generals stopped being made.
