Now that you mention it, yeah. I actually thought the way he did diapers a year or so back when he was still having trouble with faces were better.
But, I'm not overly bothered with it since he is one of those rare artists that takes critique well and has actually gotten better with all the really important stuff like anatomy, faces and shading over time.

Don't get me wrong, text and especially context is nice, but at times the dialogue can be a bit excessive IMO.
I like the hints at impending doom, they lend the game a slightly more serious and credible tone.
Is this supposed to be in the same canon as some other build? One of the Spoopy ones? I kept finding references to Trixie and some book that it felt like I should know/remember as a player. If it is, it's poorly highlighted.

More tangential fetishes, I kind of miss those. Even if I'm not into vore, regression, mind control, etc. the fetishes that did appeal to me made up for it. Of course, not everyone is going to be as lucky, since it's pretty much impossible to cater to every fetish.
Probably don't go overboard though, Trixie in the pillory is a nice one, as is Spike's pacifier and magic expanding diaper.

I agree with the other guy Hodge. I thought his critique was silly since it's kind of VN style in the first place but you do have too many words there in some of the exchanges, at the expense of what feels like missing content elsewhere. For instance, you can ask every character about the status of every other character, but most of the time they say roughly the same thing with little new insight.
I am impressed with the step up you took in... I don't know what to call it - cinematicness? It's nice with the transitions and sort of 3D behavior.
A lot of art styles clash, but I guess that's just the nature of the beast because you're just not going to get free art contributions in matching styles.
There's not much to comment on at this point, but it looks like you have a good foundation.

More thoughtful character dialogue - and I'm not saying it has to be Grapes of Wrath, but really just making the text varied and worth reading as opposed to the same information from different sources - there's definitely stuff you can do with all the characters to make their dialog different. Has the curse strained or soothed relations over AJ's tendency to be overprotective of Applebloom? If the curse was only in Canterlot and Ponyville, does Dash have awkward explaining when she visits Cloudsdale? et cetera
Persistent world effects (e.g.: it's kind of sad you troubled yourself to make used-diaper models for each cast character and they have to change out of them right away instead of when you talk to them and offer a change, like in the old halloween build)

Oh we know. It was brought up many times when we were writing the initial script. These things usually just correct themselves as we revise the script and we also have a bunch of people reminding us that the tl;dr dialogue really brings the game the down.
I also did forget to tell people that they can skip cut-scenes outright with the enter key. IIRC using the enter key at the right time on the chocolax Pinkie scene can actually lock the twilight sprite into that messy lookback sprite that still stays with the player through saves. Sadly, I decided to be a faggot and fix this bug on the upcoming build.

We did a poll on what kind of stuff. The stuff people actually want will be returning. Off the top of my head, Hypnosis and AR were on the top of the list. People also wanted to see more game content of ponies doing cute things in bouncers, crib and strollers.
Transformation also had quite a few votes and might be returning down the line at some point, but players will have to go out of there way to trigger that bad end in a way that makes sense with what we have.

It's planned and partially implemented. We actually have a bunch of writing in the script for this that didn't make it in the the July 4th build.
I'm eventually going to make it so the pony NPCs aren't automatically returned to their normal so you can essentially tease them or change them back to their normal state.
I'm in the middle of implementing a collectable third inventory object that addresses the insta diaper change thing everyone seems to hate and will also trigger something silly if you do it on a clean NPC.

oh, sorry, once again my English failed. Now I know that I didn't state that anon is an unicorn and Twilight asks him to raise his butt up. I know she can do it but it was just for sake of "why don't you check it yourself" thing. In this situation, how I should change her line to make it more obvious? or should I somehow put anon's horn in range of his sight, even if I think h shouldn't be able to see it?

Ah, that makes more sense. I have always seen anonfilly as an earth pony, never a unicorn. Don't put the horn in the pic, but you could explain it better if you wanted. Regardless, the pic still speaks for itself, even if not in the same way
