Now that Monty is dead, it can increase or decrease that Pyrrha will return. Shane said in his letter that they are doing changes to what Monty wanted. We don't know if Monty intended for Pyrrha to stay dead or be ressurected. Maybe RT decides to bring her back.
Pyrrha's, Roman's and Penny's deaths arer all soft of open. They can bring Pyrrha back via magic or some shit whenever they feel the need to do so. Same with Roman. Let's say that after he was eaten, the Grimm died, setting him free. He then managed to escape the falling ship. Penny is likely to be rebuilt.
If Pyrrha can play a role in the story and grow as a character, then I don't mind her coming back. I don't want her to come back only to make her fans (myself included) happy.

Hmmm...most of the good Lancaster fics are oneshots. Tusk Act IV has some nice ones. "Weapon Cleaning" is also short and sweet.
For longer ones..."Love is a Knight-mare" seem pretty interesting, but since I barely started it, I can't vauch for its quality. "9 Months to Live" is pretty good.
Also, "Resurgence" and "A Knight, A Champion, A Rose"/"The Songs We'd Sing" has Lancaster, but it shares the spotlight with Arkos. I'd still recommend them, they're really great stories.
