I just thought about something sad regarding Amethyst.
We all know she's sadder than what she's letting other characters believe. So what if she sleeps a lot, not because it's fun, but to miss out as much as she can on the immortal life she never wanted to have?
Also, she has formed a digestive system for herself, efficient enough to let her get food poisoning and she knows it, yet she'd eat motor oil and what not. It's as if she was somewhat trying to make herself mortal, weak without making the others suspicious.
It's as if she was secretly trying to die. Just like that time she cracked her gem and tried to hide it from the others.

Jasper might not be as good at fighting as she was. The gem war was thousands of years ago, and I doubt there were any other major conflicts after the war, so Jasper might be rusty. She also uses weapons which might act as a crutch for her such as the gem destabilizer which can basically one shot any gem. Also Garnet has been fighting corrupted gems for a while, so she probably is more warmed up for lack of a better term. Just my two cents.
