I dunno actually, I think this thread might have like half the userbase of the main thread but it has a lot more 'hardcore' users. I mean look at the IP count of the two threads and the number of posts they have, it seems like they're roughly equivalent in activity but from watching this thread since it was made I know the IP count went up pretty slowly, indicating it's probably a few users with dynamic IPs. I was also wondering if a mass RP would be something that would happen. Like one or two fatties that others join in with and do things to, etc. Hasn't happened yet.

I want to purposely lose and extend the deadline so that \i have a chance to "catch up", all the while they are putting on as much weight as they can. as an established group of people, kinda. there's more regulars. however, it seems like new people coming in is fairly rare there too. it's also pretty shit functionally, both in general and from an rp standpoint.
the best possible outcome would be to merge the two onto the irc, but it's hard to get people to move to a new platform even if it's better. especially when it has a learning curve (which irc does, though only to a very slight degree.)

The domain name seems weird (apart from ircfatfur at the beginning). This is because the name is not a real name, but a checksum for an encryption key.
