Alright, the plot is somebody's gonna set fire to a ship for the insurance money on it and it's very valuable medical cargo. It's got a hold converted to carrying penicillin or something like that. It's also carrying a couple thousand tons of ammonium nitrate that they were counting to explode to cover their tracks. Obviously it doesn't explode.
The problem lies in that the clue that'll start unravelling the whole mess is that the medicine hold has evidence of a fire starting in it...spontaneously. Away from the other massive fire. And I can't think of a reason they'd leave such a clue behind beyond the guy who set the fire was nervous as fuck and didn't realize he didn't need to take that extra step.

I think at this point Bunanon's hanging it up because the story reached its conclusion, not because they feel like they're being soured/chased off. Which is totally fine. Though I really would have liked to hear a few more "hey, checking in, here's what me and my fox are up to" posts, I think.
That said maybe we'll see another animal-needing-guidance story from them someday.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I mean, yeah, the tone shift is a little weird but I really like your style. You can't get better if you don't try new things. The second panel is really fantastic though, the momentum is really brilliantly displayed.

Sorry you feel that way man, I'm having fun with it and I've gotten a few replies saying they got a laugh out of it and Bunanon seemed to enjoy it when they were on so I don't reckon it's hurting anything.
