The creatures are room mates in a tree house in South Korea from what we've seen. Rock G the frog has a dominant relationship with the pink kitsune Yossi. Eerie the blue werewolf seems to be number 2 on the pecking order below Yossi.
Popo is the new monster guy, but shows to have the most powers. Power being able to livestream and teleport anything in real time, and being able to eat a dirty diaper and only suffer bad breath instead of septic shock. Its also heavily implied that they have some sponsorship or agreement where their likeness is used in exchange for free swag. In some episodes you can see Telemonsters Brand merch from RCs, drones, to baby diapers. They dont seem to buy it themselves cause none of them shows to have jobs of any kind.

I mean look at the chocolate monster. Its chocolate turns others into zombies when its on their head. But its standard form is lighter brown with 35% on the gauge.

At full 100%, chocolate is pure and really bitter. That scene when Eerie tried the pure chocolate projectiles in midair and made that face. I havent felt so drawn to cartoon in a long while.
That was before Eerie used milk to get the taste out his mouth, and thought of using it to turn the monster to a more enjoyable milk chocolate.
