I'll give you a serious response though. Being fat puts a burden on society and the earth.
First the earth, to maintain a certain weight you need to consume a certain amount of resources. A 300lb person is going to consume more resources than a 150lb person. This means more carbon emissions, not only for the production and transportation of more food, but the extra energy needed to transport this individual around, cloth them, and take care of their health.
As far as society, the more resources they consume the more it costs society. They cost more per individual for the health care system. In public transportation is costs more to move them around, (plain tickets, bus fares etc).
Anybody that engages in behavior that is detrimental to their health should ridiculed if they are not trying to change their ways. This goes for drunks, drug addicts, food addicts, etc etc.

Exercise is hell on the joints when you're fat and a 30 minute jog doesn't even burn a Snickers bar worth of calories.
You risk becoming hungrier or "rewarding" yourself with more calories than you put out. It's so much easier to stick to a lower calorie intake. Eventually you'll start feeling lighter (literally) and exercise will come naturally.
