Just make sure you get it checked out, preferably today so you can avoid anything bad happening. It could be anything from gas(yes, even gas) to a blockage or a blood clot.
That's why I suggested you take 4 of the low dose aspirin, it'll keep your blood cells from sticking together and sticking to any blockages should there be one.
do not exceed 4g per day of acetaminophen or aspirin
Not more than 1g every 6 hours
Do not exceed more than 3g of ibuprofen, specifically not more than 800mg in 1 dose.
