Probably because it's a book without pictures. Nobody has a concrete idea of what they look like. Covers don't count. Harry Potter didn't start getting a lot of porn until the movies came out. And nobody watched that TV show.
Also in this day and age it's obscure. Animorphs came out before the big porn boom of the internet, narrowly dodging the bullet. All these factors means no porn for you.

Also because the Animorphs books were fucked up, like really fucked up. They were PTSD adventures where the kids murder their friends and family in a guerilla war the literally dehumanizes the main characters, eventually killing most of them and of the survivors only one could be called semi-functional. Bear girl literally embraces her dehumanization halfway through the series and becomes nothing more than an adrenaline junkie who gets her fix by killing things in close combat - eventually dies after getting her arm ripped off and beats someone to death with it on an alien space craft that explodes, leaving her boyfriend without his last link to humanity so he permanently fucks off to be a bird and nothing more.
