I look at it for artistic integrity. It's interesting seeing people draw a more in depth sight into anatomy, and then making what they can of it into something that attempts to catch your eye, or elicit some kind of response to it.
Normal guro is anywhere from repulsive to just meh, but when it's some sort of situation where the girl is portrayed as immortal/regenerative/otherwise only temporarily harmed then it suddenly goes to 10/10 boner fuel for me.
