Come on man, think about it. It doesn't really take any effort on the sub's part since all they have to do is react as the dom does all the work. There may be good subs out there, but most of the ones that you'll find are lazy, aren't good at roleplay, and can't be drawn into doing any sort of action themselves, not even just some rubbing or kissing.
A real good ERPer is going to be someone who's willing to switch things up part way through, not just keeping to either dom and sub or even something inbetween.
