I was torn between Classic and .EXE, but I think that, since .EXE doesn't seem to come with any open/expressive hands, Classic will win it out for me.
I saw some promos for Hub Style .EXE and the preview shot for Dark Rockman.EXE-- what are the chances of one of them having open hands?

No. In 1994 Bandai did a 5 inch line fir the Ruby Spears cartoon. They did, if I recall, Mega Man, Rush, Cut Man, Guts Man, and Bomb Man (who got pulled because of Timothy McVeigh). I've seen piectures of Proto Man, Snake Man, and Bright Man but I'm not sure if they were actually produced. Distribution on that line was awful, on par with the worst of TF or DCUC.

If they do it right, it could look really good. The clear parts on X's armor worked pretty well with the metal behind it. As long as it's got some type of texture and isn't 100% bare purple plastic, it'll be great.
