Funfact: Posting more information about what it is could actually help.
I personally have never seen that model before, but I know like 3 sites that archive instructions.

Thanks, I should have provided more info.

This is a garage kit distributed by F-face at the 2005 WF. The character is a HUcast from the game Phantasy Star Online.
