You're not going ot get the movie suits, because Marvel cockblocks Fox from getting merch revenue from their movies.
I think Hot Toys is only able to get away with that because Marvel can't blackmail them by pulling the comic license, since Hot Toys doesn't make comic figures.
There's a 8" Chinese figure for around $40 I hear is decent. No real reviews though.
