His forearms are metal for some reason, but otherwise he's plastic. So if you buy him used pay close attention to his arms because the paint is often chipped, and the deco on his face is often rubbed off too.
And that damn tiny gun is tough to find. See how it's trying to escape the package? How did it even get there? It's spot is right beside the figure on the top of the bubble! Conspiracy!
