Icons = ML scale, btw

There's been a creep with newer MLs to the point that they're almost NECA scale now.

Amazon lists Zod, Supes and Batman as being 6 3/4" inches with Faora slightly under that.

Here's an example of ML's up scaling creep.
SpiderMan should be Batman's height and Batman should be spider-man's height.
DCC Icons = MLs. They're both as off scale as each other.

>>
Did that frowny Nathan Drake Batman get released yet

the one with the short sleeves
>>
>>5618413
He's good, though some of his articulation is a bit awkward. He's a lot of fun to fiddle around with. He's slightly short compared to similar figures. As an aside, he's actually Dick Grayson as Batman, if that means anything to you.
>>
>>5618257

>>

>>
>>5616848
As someone who had the same concern, I was very impressed to see there's actually enough play in the hip joint to get what you need. It's not perfect but it works better than you'd expect. When the leg is straight the rotation is limited, but the more you lift the leg, the more it can rotate, so it works surprisingly well. These aren't like the BTAS figures with DCUC hips and no swivel.
>>
>>5618524

People only care if it's perfect, because they violently become upset that feet aren't perfectly parallel to the ground.

So i've just recently played Arkham Asylum and bough Arkham City (i know, pic related), are the figures based on the games any good?
Alternatively, what are some good batman figures?
7" would be ideal as it means it would be able to fight my Neca predators, but i'm ok with 6" too.
>>
>>5628090
1. No.
2. Mezco Dark Knight Returns
>>

Anon is lying to you. Some of the DCC Arkham figures are decent... but yeah, if you want the best, look elsewhere. I don't own the whole line, so I'll leave it to other anons to specify which ones might be worth picking up.
Alternatively, the Mezco is probably as good as it gets for a while, but the Mafex Bale Bat 2.0 is solid, their upcoming Batfleck looks good, and there's a Figuarts of the Injustice design that's okay if you like the design and don't mind a shitty cape.
>>
>>5628090
The DCC AC series 4 Batman with all the articulation is probably the best from AA or AC, but it's not a spectacular figure.

didn't give it a chance, considering how much i disliked most of morrison's 00s stuff.

When sre they gonna announce more Icons? Need me some new guys

AAAAA AAAAAH
HE'LL SAVE EVERY ONE OF US
>>

They're doing pretty bad with timely releases as it is, maybe they're trying to actually make the figures they've already promised.
>>

Hey guys, it has been 15 hours and not one reply?
What the hell, do you know how hard I work to make my posts funny?
>>

Try harder and they might actually be funny.

>>

Apparently not hard enough
>>

That's what I was thinkin; snip the wings and the feet off and you're 90% of the way there to a Krampus 2015 custom.
>>
>>5639778
you forgot to talk about how you get fucked in the ass by your transgender "girl" friend faggot
>>
>>5642431
I remember seeing that with my friends. Halfway through one of the horror scenes, I leaned over and said
>This is why I don't have Christmas with white people
>>
What happened to the Superman DC Icons wave? No early reviews, no in-hand pictures, no nothing.
>>
>>5644461
...and no accurate estimated time of delivery. It's been delayed, I think this is the 2nd or 3rd delay for the figure.

You know they were talking about improving the head articulation for flying characters and if waiting a little more means a better product that's ok by me

Also would it kill anybody that the superman's alternate head be a smiling one? I bet it'll be a red eyes angry face

Anyone have the video of that guy breaking a DC Collectibles figure on camera? That's the only way i can imagine someone breaking their figure now.

There is your problem. Those are fists!
>>
>>5650677
I so hope it's a smiling face. DC needs to get rid of angry Supes.
>>
Since tomorrow is free comic book day, thinking of picking up some DC Icons at a discount, but wondering what the quality is like compared to Marvel Legends. Also wondering if anyone can recommend some of the better figures from this line so far, w/ good articulation/ accessories.
>>
>>5653040
Get Flash, Black Adam, Blue Beetle, Green Arrow.
>>
>>5653076
Thanks anon, how's the quality though? They seem well painted, but I've seen some horror stories (including the Green Arrow pic in this thread) online about plastic quality.
>>
>>5653366
I have the Batman and Flash and they are good quality wise. My 4 year old cousin has the green lartern and that it's hanging on with the little devil
>>
>>5653366
I have a couple and i think you really need to hamhand it to break them. Limbs pop off like everything else as they should without anything breaking.
Much much better QC than MLs and easily on par with most collector lines, including Revoltech and Figuarts. Probably the best QC than other collector lines besides Mezco's.
>>
>>5653366
Be careful with Flash's cowl-wings

I mean, lord almighty, look at this thing.

I'm curious why you don't like it?
I'm with you though I want a Superman but every figure I see is a hot pile of shit
But very well there is a Lee Bermejo Superman coming which I personally really like the sculpt
You seen like a guy who isn't fond of the movies but with enough imagination the Mafex and even the DC films(kind of) look like a new 52 Superman
There is the figuarts too but nah I want a smiling Superman personally
>>
>>5656902
I dunno, it's something about the head and the logo. But whatever, it's alright.

How does the Icons Mister Miracle look with the DCUC Big Barda? Are they appropiately sized together?

Also, I have a few DCUC figures in my collection that I'd actually like to get rid of. I don't want them to go to waste, so what would say is the best way to get rid of them since I know they probably won't sell for much.

I'm mainly going to keep the guys I know will never ever get figures again like the Doom Patrol and Eclipso and Ares.
>>
Any idea on when pic related is set to be released? Shouldn't it be soon?
>>
I'm looking for ANY 6 inch Batman figure that can somewhat pull off a crossed arms pose. Suggestions?

For a second I thought that was the stealth Batsuit from Superman Unchained. I wonder if that thing's ever appeared again.
>>
>>5664927
The Figuarts maybe? Mezco's can get his arms across his chest but I think the bulky arms can be a problem.
>>
What are some of the best Robin figures? I'm trying to get a nice little collection. I already have the Son of Batman animated movie version of Damian, but I'd like something with wrist/ankle joints as well.

It's a stealth suit in that it literally turns invisible. and cloaks itself in a way even Superman can't see.

>Darkseid is part of Batman's rogue gallery now
God fucking dammit, DC.
>>
>>5664481
Dunno about the scale, but I'd doubt it, since DCUC are oversized for 1/12 and DCI are a bit small for 1/12.
As for selling, put them on the BST.
>>
>>5666042
DCUC has some, but they're hardly good. Wait for an Icons, maybe?
>>
>>5666132
That's Wraith, you moron.

Mafex Batman or Mezco Batman, I don't know what to save up for /toy/.
>>
>>5669280
What kind of Batman do you want?
I'd say go with the Mafex if you want a normal Batman toy. Clothes on toys sound like a hassle to clean.
>>
>>5669317
how dirty are your fucking hands that you need to clean the clothes on a doll?
>>
>>5669370
Everything gets dirty eventually.
>>
>>5669280
Well, the Mafex looks to be pretty good and is about half the price. I know which one I'm getting.

>>
>>5666042 here, how is the PAK Robin figure? I've been thinking about getting that, and preordering Dick too.
>>
>>5669727
yeah, but if you just dust him like once a month, it should never be a problem.

Only way the clothes would ever require more than a sweep of a brush would be if you're a smoker.
In which case, you deserve everything bad that happens to you.
>>
>>5670211
I have the Arkham City Robin and it's alright, but I also paid ~$40 for it. I can't imagine paying much more for a PAK, so consider carefully.
