Josuke is fine but Jotaro does offer a bigger accessory that you can put on other stands that mesh with the green. Though with past experience with both yellow and green punch effects it doesn't always work on every stand SAS

If you can get him for 3k or under, go for it.
His articulation is extremely limited, however. At best, you'll get 90 degree bends at the knees and elbows. Nearly no ab crunch or head tilt. But his accessories are awesome, and although it may sound odd, his stand parts are perfect. And he is an integral part of the cast, so if you like Part IV, go for it.
Let's just say I'm happy to have him on my shelf, but I'm in no rush to get Act 2&3, if that makes any sense.

Here's a rundown for you:
>since Koichi/Echoes are smaller, most of their hinge joints are similar to the wrist joints that larger figures use
>his neck is one solid piece so there's next to no head articulation
>his shoulders are standard fare for SAS, but his elbows only go maybe 90 degrees; while his hands just peg in so they only swivel and sometimes don't fit properly
>his ab crunch acts more like a waist swivel and his waist swivel is worthless due to the rigid plastic for his skirt piece
>his hip movement is largely restricted by the skirt, but his thighs swivel just fine and his knees barely get 90 degrees but often aren't strong enough to hold the bend, and his feet barely move
>Echoes Act 1 can move his head and tail a bit and his arms are on teeny ball joints that just go up and down and his hands are tiny and sometimes fall off easily
>Act 2 has virtually the same articulation as Act 1, but in addition his legs can swivel in a way that looks terrible
>Act 3 has a neck hinge, good arms with old figma-style hands and a functional ab crunch, but his leg articulation is extremely limited by his hard skirt and his knees can go 90 but have some clearance issues that makes the legs bend back straight most of the time
He's nice for what he is, realistically. Despite his clunky design, Koichi holds a spot in my heart.

The Highway Star version is way better than the default. Comes with the "I refuse" head, which is fantastic, and is better articulated, not to mention it looks better in general. The only thing the regular version has that the HS version doesn't is Heaven's Door, though in my opinion the HS version is so much better that if you're going for just one Rohan, Heaven's Door isn't worth the inferior default figure. Between the two HS Rohans, I'm partial to the black version, but if you want "canon" colors go for the other one.

I don't know if it's the case for all of them, but as a DIO owner, I find it harder to do the wacky shit with him I can pull off with the other figures. I can pose the World doing goofy shit and it looks fine, if I try the same with DIO, his foot looks dislocated and it just doesn't click quite as well.
Recreating manga shit is fine for the most part, but sometimes that gets boring.

Got screwed by Manda on a shinki once. Bought it in person at Osaka, loose in a bag but the written description said everything was intact. After I opened it I found some weapons missing and the back to stand connector was broken.
Didn't have time to run back to the shop since I was travelling, so best I could do was buy some glue and kit parts from a Yodobashi Camera later in my trip to fix her up.

Honestly, Ajin/IBM is reaching high up there. He doesn't have colors that pop out at you or a ton of accessories but for some odd reason I love fiddling him into random poses and positions. If I can get him a little lower than AmiAmi's 6k tag I'll probably get two more to display each head.
Plus the long limbs gives him some surprising range of movement. Now I just wish I can find proper scale guns beyond just the pistol he comes with.

Hello, I'm the anon who got Magician's Red a while back and said that he was designed oddly, especially in the shoulders. I also didn't really like how hindered he felt, articulation wise. Well, a Mandarake order came in and I got Silver Chariot 2nd and Spice Girl. I'm happy to report that these 2 feel a lot better than Red. Nicely painted, articulation works great, especially on Spice (Chariot just has the issue of his legs having limited range, but it isn't that bad). I haven't seen or read much Jojo but I often find myself liking the Stand designs. Really happy with these 2.

2nd releases haven't met a re-release of yet which sucks considering when Part 3 was airing they could've reissued Star Platinum 2nd and The World 2nd since they pack those soundplates and compliment the last season.
KQ2nd seems to be popping up at 5k every so often now so hopefully you may get him that way. Not sure on Kira 2nd's situation. Though I feel a price jump in 2nd hand sites like Mandarake or Jungle will be a thing at some point for those two.

It goes in waves of updates over the course of several hours. The high point of updates would be roughly around 4-6am your time I would estimate. I've even seen Grandchaos and Complex update at 10am my local time, and I'm in the western part of the US.
