Scooby Doo toys are apparently a thing and they have arrived at Walmart. They look kinda derpy, but it sounds cool to be able to have Shaggy chilling next to my Marvel Legends and Black Series figs. As far as i know, they are the only Scooby Doo toys out right now

I'm pretty sure they're the same toys that existed when I was a kid. For some reason they just brought them back in new packaging and started selling them again.

But yeah, I was tempted. But the size is a bit small to be displayed in a scene with other characters and the quality obviously matches the price. I might grab the mystery machine though.

I picked up the Daphne set a few weeks back as the skeleton figure was too cool to pass up. Definitely check the paint though, all the shaggy's I saw had terrible eyes.

Yeah, same figures as the ones from early 2000's.

I have a feeling from Shaggy's elbows that these are around the same quality as the Jazwares Hanna Barbara and Regular Show figures released a few years ago. Why is it so hard to get quality toys of american cartoons?

The voice of Casey Casem and a Wolfman? I see what you did there, toy company.

you mean like the power Rangers toys walmart carries now too?
>>
>Series 1
I remember there was an image of some other monsters that never ended up getting released including the Spooky Space Kook. If they end up putting him out I'd grab him.

The wolfman looks like The Creeper and they just swapped the head
>>
>>5577376
google images shows the creeper is always smaller, his coat is buttoned up in all depicitions of him (both drawings and toys), the wrist/ankles of his clothes are not torn, and he has shoes on

>Definitely check the paint though
This is why I've yet to get some, too much crappy paint job options.

How's Scooby's articulation and size? Not a huge Scooby Doo fan, but not only is that the cheapest articulated dog I've seen, but it's only one of a handful I know of period. Might be fun for custom fodder.
