Figma did the school version, rollerblades and everything.
I think this works fine, you can pick which base Sakura to get depending on what other ones you like to get, and it works well since both the Figma and Figuarts are good figures, so there's no real wrong choice.

Yep, both figma and S.H. Figuarts are good figures, they both have their pros and cons and I love both lines.
I have been clamoring for a pose-able figures from this series for years so I'll support both line.

The figma atleast sold well, check post>>5576939, it did go on sale just recently but I think it's just to entice costumers to buy something from the event sale like post >>5574222(This also happend to the Modoka figma series). The figma is already sold out in CDJapan and HLJ.

Go with the figma so they'll be somewhat inscale between each other, GSC usually makes characters into Nendoroids from the current popular anime being aired in Japan but they sometimes do characters from older series but rarely, and while MKR is popular, it's not as popular as the other anime shows from the 90's like CCS, Evangelion, Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2 etc. so the chance of being Nendorized is low.

Speaking of figma MKR, in pic related, is Hikaru looking at her right side or looking straight? It drives me a bit nuts when a figma's expression is looking at a side. it limits the poses I do since the figure will always be looking at a side, hopefully it's the latter or she comes with a neutral expression looking straight.

The only S.H Figuarts that really sells out after release usually are the Bugmen and Star Wars line, only exception to that is Bruce Lee. If Michael Jackson who is more popular than Freddie didn't sell out after release, I'm guessing that it'll be the same for him but I could be wrong since he isn't out in the US yet.

I actually would be surprised if they didn't do a Nendo release for MKR. So much of the series uses SD art for gags and all.

Figma Reimu had similar sleeves and just had them sculpted in a billowed-out pose. That looked a bit odd in non-action poses, but on the whole, it worked well.
I got the Figma at a con, and I love her. I was tempted to get the Figuarts as well but I restrained myself.
The Figma is awesome though and I'd recommend it to anyone.
