thats exactly why I got him from kayBtoys when I was 11 back in the day too.
I remember hating his neck though. But he was the best out of that series and molded nicely into my childhood playtime story arch involving Apocalypse evolving all like freeza way back before I even knew what DBZ was in 1996.

He and Rob liefeld made a character named Overkill for Stan Lee's VHS series of videos showcasing comic artists. Theory is Stan co-owned rights to things made on the tape so Todd skirted it by adding a "t" when he stuck a variation of the character in Spawn. Bravo indeed.
