Luffy was a terrible release. Articulation is extremely limited, only the smiling face is accurate, and comes with no accessories. Not to mention the paint issue with his pants.
I don't know about the rest of the line, but it turned me off and im a huge one piece fan. I just want a good luffy figure and we still haven't gotten it.
I like they stuff they put out, but it feels very overpriced.

Do you even own the Luffy figure? Articulation is on par with SHF, the angry face is good, the sash is the area that has paint flaking issues not the pants, and hands are accessories. Maybe if you specifically said there was a lack of effect parts that would be a valid criticism. But it's a good figure.

Hyperbole much? It has literally every single feature you would want on an Ace figure. I agree that the Sentinel came out sharper, but calling it a joke in comparison is childish. The chasm between Sentinel and VAH strictly in terms of product is minor, whereas the chasm between SHF and VAH is actually joke level.
And I'm pretty sure people would consider the VAH a better purchase than the Sentinel release strictly in the sense that by buying the VAH you'd actually have other OP figures to display it with. The Sentinel is either by itself in all its superior glory or paired with the other shitty SHF nightmares. Not really great alternatives either way.

I didn't order Mihawk, mainly because I dislike his character. I have the rest: Luffy, Law, Ace, Zoro, Sabo, Nami and Chopper. Chopped is by far the worst.
Luffy has known issues with the scarf around his waist and his crotch piece. They will crack under stress. Don't pose him crazy and you'll avoid that issue.
Both Law and Luffy has weak ankle joints. Law looks a little odd with his hat.
Zoro, Sabo and Ace are are decent figures and I really have no complaints about them.
Nami is probably the best, minus she can't stand on her own.
