Coming from someone who is a Sonic fan, who has ton of jazwares figures and once had the sonic adventure line from 1999 your best bet is the nendoroid figure unless you can somehow obtain E-102 Gamma toy (which is expensive as fuck)
Tomy currently has the license but they're doing Sonic Boom, but they're better than Jazwares
