Hey guys! I just got a used Revoltech Stormtrooper off eBay. I dig the crap out of it, but the joint on the right shoulder and the neck are super loose (the swivle part, not the peg). Basicay his head and arm just flop around making posing impossible. Any fixes?

Revoltech joints are some of the toughest out there, it's EXTREMELY unlikely they'd come with the ratchets broken out of the package. Plus in OP's pics the casting quality of the hands and the paint apps in general are off from the official product.
The Revoltech Stormtroopers are pretty good figures for their price and even manage to outdo the competition in certain areas relating to screen accuracy.
You can always find revo joints online to replace the ones you have.

Easiest way you can tell is by the box.
Real revos have that smooth premium feeling box, fake ones have nasty glossy shit which is often badly printed.

Except it doesn't negate everything else at all. Stormtroopers came in many sizes and shapes, having a tall lanklet filling out the mix of SHFs, Bandai model kits, Mafex, Black Series, etc most collectors have accumulated isn't a bad thing.
It's especially important if you want to try and kitbash the 'perfect' 6" Stormtrooper though. The Revo helmet is second only to the Bandai model kit's in terms of proportion and accuracy.

Most of the original clone Stormtroopers were destroyed when the Death Star blew up in episode IV. The Revoltech is based on episode V, so there's no reason it couldn't be some lanky dude they hired for the imperial army.

OP here. I managed to pull the neck and arm joint apart. Slosh some super glue in there, and slowly move it as it dried. Works great. I'm think of just doing it for all the joints
This is probably a bootleg, but based of what I've seen online it's a damn good one, and I didn't pay much so yay me! If my super glue fix totally bombs I'll order to real revo joints ( I think there's actually a few on him).
And I dig the slim style. I don't know if I'd call it anime, but it's definitely stylized (which I think is better for posing).
Butt how do I use this? Does it just work like a tripod or am I missing a stand?

That's all they give you, there is no base.
It's supposed to act as a third leg for supporting balance.
My Stormtrooper and Boba Fett both came with those, no actual base. Bought them from AmiAmi when they were first released too so I know they're not bootleg.
My mk1 Iron Man similarly came with a V-shaped base with peg holes that he can't actually use, and no arm attachment so it's basically useless. Revoltech are shit at providing usable display stands.

Yeah I've just been using the V base that came with my Megatron.
It's been a few years since I've bought a Revoltech, the last being Megatron. I know the articulation is a lot nicer on the new figures but WOW, when did these fuckers become so expensive. I paid like, 20 bucks for my Megatron and Black Ox.
