Best place to Pre-Order this thing?

I'm thinking HLJ but he's a bit more expensive there, and I'm expecting to be blacklisted anyway since I might cancel an order I made for May

HLJ isn't like that, they actually like doing business with gaijins and will gladly accept a cancellation. They'll simply put your cancelled order up for preorder again like a reasonable company would.
