Sup /toy/, I need some help IDing this figure. All I remember is that I got him from KB toys in the late 90s or early 2000s. His other arm was an orange drill train type thing. I really want to know so that I can buy another one for my collection

It's a pretty common to find this mold re-used by other companies, likely not an original. You can probably find another on a site that sells KO toys.
