Because Toy displays are usually clusterfucks, mine included. People display what they like, and the visual distinctions between three different eras of Troopers aren't so jarring that they seem out of place next to each other where as Human military tech has developed incredibly quickly over the last century. I also wanna make a similar setup of Rebel pilots once enough different flight suits come out, really looking forward to Asty and the Rogue Squadron movie figures that'll be out in the next few years.

There was a SHF prototype shown but I doubt it'll be coming out anytime soon.
The Mafex is coming out in the summer.
The black series is pretty decent, the weapons are nicely detailed and it has a cloth cape if you are into that.
You also could try and find the revoltech if you into a more stylized dynamic sculpt with click click click joints.

Black Series Phasma is about a head taller than the ordinary FO Troopers.

You said show me them " holding it right". Jamming the butt of the rifle into your armpit is not " holding it right". You rest the butt of a rifle against the flat of your shoulder to stabilize it and minimize recoil.
You wouldn't need to do this with a blaster due to its light weight and low recoil.

The trooper's not holding his rifle against his shoulder at all. That might be fine for a fictional laser gun, but lots of us want to be able to pose their toy soldiers holding their toy guns in somewhat realistic positions.

They're all SH Figuarts. Bit pricier and hard to track down, but definitely worth it. For one thing all the white sections are actually painted as opposed to being bare plastic.

The blaster size is very much open for debate. Even Hot Toys didn't get it right, as you can see in the top right-hand side of pic related. Technically they should both be the same gun, the stock is just an optional attachment some troopers use according to the TFA Visual Dictionary.

Out of the box, which was slightly damaged by the time it got to me. It actually supports its weight well, mine is just bent slightly inwards on the bottom of the wings. You can kind of see it bowing next to TR-8R.
