Received the Tamashii Stage ACT.4 for Humanoid only to find the clips are on a sprue.
Without having any modeling skills or tools, how would I go about removing them?
Rip them off and don't break them in the process, duh
What the fuck
Rip them out carefully, with an X-acto or something, remove sprues.

>Without having any modeling skills or tools, how would I go about removing them?
Step 1: Take some modeling classes. Work on your skills, learn some techniques. Study the works of the pros.
Step 2: Invest in stocks for a home improvement retail company, like Lowe's or Home Depot. Build workshop in home, purchasing from your chosen retail establishment.
Step 3: As stock prices soar, use your stock profits to purchase God Hand® Ultimate Nippers™ from a scalper.
Step 4: Using combined powers of modeling classes & God Hand® Ultimate Nippers™ separate the clips from the runners.
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Profit.

> no tools
How about fingernail clippers, you must have those. I know this is 4chan but..
No you have to.

This, it's what I did and they work perfectly.
>>5372046
yeah, just nail clippers should be fine.
>>5371978
This.
There's no need for hobby knives or nail clippers, this is not a Gunpla where you want to be as precise as possible. Just tearing them from the sprue and scratching the nub with your fingernail is enough.
Slightly off topic, but since OP's question has been answered, are there any real differences between the human and mech stands?

Holy shit, you don't even need modeling "skills" or "tools" to remove them. Stop being a pussy

Act 5 have ratchet joints, is a different shape.

5s have a bigger base than 4s, and a thicker ratcheted stand. Personally though I've found 5s to be a waste. 5s have a thicker stand but they also have the same type of arm extension system as 4s (which can be kind of weak), so there is no intrinsic advantage 5s have over 4s in holding power when extending beyond the primary stand arm. You just end up with the same results and a more space-consuming base.
>people using clippers to take plastic off a runner
>needing a specialized tool
>using a tool at all
just twist them off.
They come off really easily.
