Yeah, generally. Most are meant to be played with in some respect. Show me somebody who spends $500 on a lightsaber and doesn't spin around with it in the dark, and I'll show you a retard

DX rider/Sentai toys are almost 1:1.
The belts are pretty much 1:1

The DX rider/sentai toys are much smaller than 1:1, they're more toyetic than the show versions and are designed to fit and be played with by Japanese children, so they're sized for that.
The Complete Selection Modification line though are the 1:1 rider roleplay toys.

Eh not really, the belts are pretty spot on minus the belt straps. The dx weapons are definitely scaled down obviously.

Yeah, probably, if it's a lightsaber or a mask. But something like the Riddler Trophies I'd say are more of a statue. So I guess it depends on what it is.
