It's surprising that the Monster Girls haven't received figures in some form, I can see them being very popular. Hell I'd be down for grabbing the Spider chick and the Lamia just because there really aren't any other options for either type for figure in a 5-6"ish scale.

Ainz would be difficult. But I could honestly settle for him if he just had some basic torso movement, arm articulation, and a neck joint.
I actually think Papi would be the most difficult simply because she would need swappable wings. Revo has already done fine segmented long bodies with their dragon thing. Rachnee wouldn't be too difficult either and figma has already done a mermaid and a horse. Suu's only difficulty would be whether or not to make her semi-transparent. They'd be expensive, but with things like the figma horse and tank it's not that out there.
Some guys in the customs thread are making Rachnera, Miia, and Papi. Maybe you could commission one of them.

I'm already doing another anon's commssion, plus trying to get two fgma-like archetype figures (loli-type and BBW-qt-type) made to start my own Shapeways shop with, but my namesake project is also being worked on as well. Pic-related has already been ordered from Shapeways to be printed (proprietayr figma-like joints included) for both left and right legs. ETA is looking like mid-Jan '16 due to it being attached to SEVERAL orders I have that's been combined with to save on costs. If it works out I'll make a generic Harpy-figure kit available so the head will be the only thing you'd need to customize for it. LONG ways ahead, though
