Not on the specific day, no. BBTS usually tends to over-order from what I've seen and usually still has pre-orders open days or even hours before its officially in stock.
If you want slightly cheaper prices, EKnightMedia or ToyzInTheBox are regarded decently enough. If you don't mind paying for 20% of the order upfront, MHToyShop is pretty good though they used to offer free pre-ordering.
Of course, western retailers aren't the only ones who get stock. Nippon Yasan also has pre-orders for them but you have to pay up-front for the web exclusive releases.

See, all Vegeta releases have been exclusives. And how the exclusives for Bandai products work is they only produce exactly as many as were ordered.
So, if it sold like shit, that means preorders were low. Meaning, Vegeta was produced in a pretty limited quantity.
So, now that the DBZ SHFs are in demand, a release that was produced in small numbers is going to be harder to get than something mass-produced.

I know this won't be popular, but the newer movies left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I grew up watching DB and DBZ, and these movies don't have any of the feel that the older stuff had.
The new character designs are very underwhelming when compared to DBZ. I wanted to be excited about RoF, but it was a very poor attempt at revitalizing a series that I really loved as a kid. Goku was nearly killed off by a ring pop, and golden Frieza and God saiyans being simple re-colors didn't help.

I'm just into the figuarts line until we get a saiyaman then I'm done with it. Saiyaman was to me where the show was most fun, Gohan trying to be a teenage student but went out of his way to use the power he had to help the city he sort of lived in. There were no super powerful beings threatening the existence of earth or anything it was just simple super hero action with a splash of high school drama.
If anyone wanted Super Cyan Goku or Persian Frieza, they are on sale at Nippon-Yassan for 4k each.
I stopped watching Super after the battle between Goku and Beerus. I want to wait until the superior English dub comes out and watch the entire series appropriately. If I watched it now and re-watched it again with the dub, then their will be no more surprises to look forward to.
The only reason why I even watched the BoG arc (until the end of the fight) was because I seen the BoG movie a bunch of times (which was better) and figured it wouldn't be much different.

Super has had a few moments I liked. The latest episode building up instant ramen was a pretty good pay off, but mostly I'm just bored.
Hopefully when we get past Freeza we'll get some better material. I'm hoping Toriyama isn't really working on current Super episodes and is working on the universe 6 or whatever, meaning others are the reason why Super kinda sucks right now, and once Toriyama gets on it'll become what we want... I know that's not the case and it's a bummer.

Vegeta only stopped wearing the armor because the World Tournament prohibited wearing armor, and the Buu saga all takes place within a short time so he never has a chance to go back to his place and get a set of armor. Since the story ends soon after that and the next time we see them in the epilogue is another tournament, he again has no reason to wear it. But as far as regular fighting wear goes, there's nothing that implies he'd stop wearing it indefinitely.

I thought it made a lot of sense, though, that he slowly lost armor as he slowly became a good guy. We first see him with shoulders, hip, and cock pads, then only shoulder pads, then no shoulder pads, then no armor at all. I just got one of those bootleg Trunks that popped up on aliexpress. It's not bad, however one of the knee joints is stuck and the wrist joints are very easily broken. Otherwise it's surprisingly fine and will be a good add on for Premium Trunks. No joints are loose and there's not many paint errors. If the wrists didn't suck then it'd be acceptable for sure.

He's rather plain jane. Just has couple hands and the hell flash setup. I'd say he's worth it though if you're a fan of 16. Just by the fact that it's the best articulated 16 we'll probably ever get, even though the scale is questionable.

Just got the Shodo Neo DBZ figures (Broly, Goku, and Bardock) and they're really great. They're a bit smaller than I anticipated (quite a bit shorter than the recently release Shodo VS Kamen Rider) but they're tons of fun and great for a desk or whatever else, like travel buddies. All their joints are nice and tight so no floppy little guys. Paint is actually incredible, with very few flaws. I'm looking forward to the next set, especially Frieza, and hopefully many more to come. Because after all, "The best, begins. The world has eagerly - awaited. It's the most exciting like never before..."
