What I don't get about Salty-kun is, how can he not see that the idea of 12 star/zodiac-themed characters saving humanity is so appealing yet easy that most people avoid actually using it because of it?
You get a really colorful cast just by following a theme and doing paint by numbers character design for each, anyone willing to take the dive would come up with his idea.
