Keep them. SP Part IV is hard to come by and has rock solid articulation above SP3rd.
SP3rd and Jotaro 2nd are easy to hunt down on the usual sites. Just keep the ones you have.
Stone Free has popped up on Mandarake from time to time. Not too sure how common Jolyne is right now but either shouldn't break your wallet.

Act 4 is hueg, but 2 and 3 are very small. They can't release Act 4 on its own because it has zero flexibility, but I could easily see them putting TUSK together in one box, since 1~3 are miniscule and don't need flexibility.
Johnny will probably need a wheelchair or something too, probably an updated version from Part 5 'nareff.
Johnny will come with act 1 and some nail shooting effect parts. Act 4 will be it's own figure with a chumimin sound plate. Acts 2 and 3 will be packaged together

He's cheap on amazon. I recommend him but he's not my favorite SAS. He's kind of limited on the legs when you attach the fire-legs instead of the humanoid legs. That's just my opinion though, I haven't messed with him much.
The Statue Legend looks way better, but it's a statue and zero articulation. Get him for no more than 30 bucks for 3000 jpy.

Bandai Webshop exclusive, perhaps. But you're grasping at straws here, as far as characters go SHF is the better line without a doubt. If missing Mark of Satan Buffaloman means we can have the chance to buy Akuma Shogun, Ashuraman, Soldier, Neptuneman, Broken Jr., The Ninja and the freaking PROTAGONIST of the show (and that's just listing what's been released/announced), I'll gladly sacrifice that Buffaloman repaint. Not him, but you don't need to play with them to appreciate better articulation. I just display them, but having more joints always gives you more freedom to try new poses for your display.
And taking into account the way the torso joints work, a Boston Crab should be easy as fuck to replicate with the SHFs.

Yeah, it's pretty nuts. You need to check the hourlies, then the general toy section, then switch around the in stock/sold out option, then do a search in each individual store. I do a lot less shopping with mandarake now that the site has switched, and it's all because of this nonsense. I love toys, but I really don't want to do all these repetitive searches after a long day of work knowing that I only have 3 hours to myself before I need to go to sleep.

Mandarake used to be really good pre-2014 since it offers some really good bargains if you don't mind some scuffs on boxes. Lately the prices relatively stable even on the accounts of some minor damages on the figures. There are better avenues to quench our thirst for plastic figures and i can't justify using Mandarake for my future purchases.
I should have jumped into the SAS line earlier and not wait for Stand+User to show up in the same store. It sucks living in Australia when Mandarake doesn't offer RSAL and you have to make bulk purchases to justify using DHL.
I bought a battle tendency Joseph off Jungle on a whim the other day. They had it listed as 'B' quality (low), had no photo, no description, and was only 2k yen. I only really ordered it because I had some enough japanobux from a refund sitting on my paypal account already and I was a little bit drunk. I was fully expecting him to arrive with a manky scuffed up goblin face and it was going to serve me right.
It arrived today, and it's in fucking pristine condition, I don't know what they were on about. Like, if I'd ordered this being told it was brand new I wouldn't have even thought twice about it. Completely unopened and the box with nothing wrong with it save the slightest bit of wear on one of the corners. Fucking great figure too. He's easy as fuck to pose, even if you bend him in a way you think will look completely retarded he still looks kinda cool. Love him.

2nd hand sites usually are hard on the condition of the figure. I got a B grade The World 3rd and he's practically near perfect in terms of general figure condition from a previous owner. The box was sort of bumped but it's a non-issue unless you're really into that sort of stuff.

My only experience with Jungle is with a purchase of two revoltechs, one sealed the other graded B. Both arrived sealed in their original packaging. I would put their products along side with amiami when it comes to quality management unless they indicate specifically under the product's comments if there are any damages. My only gripe is they shipped my order in a box twice the size required and jacked up the shipping because of the amount of paper they've thrown in.

Has anyone receive any SAS that comes with really stiff joints? My Battle tendency Joseph arrived today but the joint connecting his bicep to shoulder turns out to be completely immobile. I've seen some serious case of hamhanding here with the leg joints of Black Dio and it happens because people forced the joints to move. I hope i can ask for some compensation because im sure as hell Terraformer didn't specify any defects when i made my purchase.

Nah man, Black Dio just had plain bad QC batches. I rarely seen anyone hamhand regular Dio versus all those bad Black Dio's.

My Diavolo had really stiff joints in the thigh joints of his legs. I tried moving them, but ended up detaching both his legs from the pegs. Even with the warm water trick, it took a lot of stress and patience before those joints started to move.

My original release BT Joseph and Caesar were really stiff and I was hesitant to pose them. I came back to them a few days later and it wasn't so bad. I didn't do anything to the joints, they just loosened up with time. Now they're easier to work with.

Finally got the joint moving. I was really scared of snapping his bicep off because the connection peg appears to be crooked in one direction and i though the previous owner might have broken its arm and glue it back on. Thankfully that wasn't a case of 'lemons' and the joints happen to bend under stress/heat in the packaging which a little heating up and re-adjusting can fix up.

I was the asshole that broke the toe joint of my Soft & Wet. It was not loose, it was more like the range of motion was caught on something because it was not moving as far as the other toe, after applying a tiny bit more pressure on it (ham hand) it snapped clean off.
My other SASs don't have that loose joint problem. I would just be very careful with that toe, at least in Soft & Wet's case there isn't much plastic holding it together.

That happened to my Dio 1st's toe joint. I used him to decorate our Xmas tree (it's just a little fake 2ft tree and we decorate it with toys every year instead of ornaments) and he took a tumble as I was setting it up. I just said "fuck it" and glued the thing back on because Dio's toes really didn't offer much for articulation in the first place so it wasn't much of a loss. There's not really much you can do easily with a joint that tiny. If you really wanted to fix it back to 100% condition, you'd have to jimmy the pin out and replace the broken ring on the toe with something just as tiny. Maybe some sort of link from a jewelry chain? probably several of them lined up just to thicken it up enough to keep the joint tight. It would be a lot of work for not much payoff for the effort or risk of damaging the rest of the foot so you may as well just glue it back in place unless you're really feeling crafty.
How am I supposed to affix these kinds of speech bubbles to my display?

You usually you get an arm for it with the figure but it never displays well in my opinion unless you get certain plates.
Double check your box to see if you got that small arm(it's an L shape)
Personally though, working with the actual SAS base and arm works better since the double holes allows you to adjust the way the speech bubble displays with the characters and for easy height adjustment. Much easier to display them in different fashioned than the default arm you get.
It's even better if you can get your hands on the WF 3-hole bases which allows for more creative setups. Mandarake lists them and I remember a big bag of those things at one point with other speech plates.

Only one or two of my (counts...) 40 Jojo SAS actually have two holes in their bases or any obvious way to attach the word panels.
I only have a couple of my word panels displayed because I had a few figures sitting down so I wasn't using their stands.

You need to have spare bases with a hole to use the arm which you see the problem if you decide to fill them with the user and the stand.
For certain sound plates the small arm isn't always enough to display it with and I found using other SAS arms or figure arms is a vastly better choice given the better range of height options and adjustment over one non-articulated arm.
Pic related is what I use for the "L" piece for a pair. Stuff like WF Joseph would probably work better with an actual base arm for display. Ideally the 3-hole bases from WF work wonders.
So guys I heard about part 3 joeseph having bad leg joints but I figured I'd give him a shot. Anyways he just arrived and literally right out of the box with barely any moving his leg just snapped.... So I'm pretty sure that Jungle will give me a hard time over it so I'm thinking about just pinning the leg joint back and using some super glue to put it back on. Does anyone have any better suggestions on what I should do?

Good to hear, I guess. I don't really use his toe joints, so it wouldn't be 'fuck I gotta buy a new one now', just that ill feeling and disappointment when you break something in general but can easily just glue it on, if you ktf.
Also managed to snag a Rohan 2nd for 1.8k, fun. I have a feeling that price is just slightly too good to be true, though (especially from one of the more average/slightly more expensive stores..)

I would avoid super glue though, it's shit and hard to work with. I would probably use gunpla glue that you can paint on which is easier and it actually melts the plastic together which is stronger. I would make sure that the glue is compatible with the plastic of the figure before hand.

Drill it out and use a new third party joint from HLJ, like from the Hobby Base line. Despite what people on 4chan might tell you, gluing and/or pinning is not meant for joints at all because the friction and pressure coming from any movement will snap the "fix" again and again and again. Pinning is great if a pointed finger gets clipped off of a hand, or a ponytail breaks off, but no matter what you do a broken joint will always have a fault line in it, so just consider it good and gone.
