so i noticed today that the clothing left some really nasty marks around the thighs and i'm a little bit at a lost on how to remove them? (they really seem to be permanently marked) google recommended to buy an acne cream (oxy) but i dont think they sell that in AUS, so i thought i'll try my luck here as well... any other fellow anons had the same issue?

I need clothes for mie, but I've been hearing that paint transfer was an issue with dark fabrics on the soft body. Now I gotta worry about the hard plastic as well?

Hmm, what kind of stain are we talking about? Presumably, it's the dye from the fabric. Looks like there are a variety of methods, such as Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and good old fashion soap and rubbing with a cloth.
If you search online, they recommend rubbing alcohol, but as a collector, I wouldn't recommend that except as a last resort. Oh, and if you wanna put her socks back on but fear future damage, perhaps you can just stick some celephane tape around the effected areas, this'll protect those areas and it's a simple matter to clean off any residual adhesive when you wanna take it off.
Go to the drug store and ask for something with Benzoyl Peroxide 10% in it. I am sure they have something. It's very common.
Alcohol or Mr. Clean Eraser will probably not work. Soak her stockings in white vinegar and water 50/50 until no color in the water.

If the drug store people tell you there's no such thing, go look at the disinfectant section. A lot of them simply don't know these "obscure" products, but a well stocked store should have at least 1 brand of 'em.

You can buy Oxy10 from Priceline for $20. It's in a silver tiny ass box.
There's also the butter method for getting ink out of vinyl where you slather butter on the stain, put her out in the sun and repeat until stain is gone. Apparently the fat and salt helps draw out the ink when exposed to heat and light so yea.
This is a common problem with dyed fabric, anons from the Dolls thread here on /toy/ would likely give you the advice that anon in >>4387251
have posted and also they recomend a white clothing under the color pieces of fabric (this is in the case you dont want to wash the color clothing in vinegar/water)
Or better still dye remover.
I'd also venture a possible solution from painting miniatures, Fairy Power spray. might help
Well I'm gonna suggest giving her Removzit.
I had this happen with a Siggy revo I recently bought. Her panties had sort of melted so there were black specks all over her vag, ass and inner thigh.
Try using dish soap and something like a tooth brush, or get a pencil lick the end and start erasing the end. Doing that got a majority of the transfers off, the rest I gently scraped off with a knife (and ended up making the details more defined)

i really want to thank you guys for the solid advice i got from this thread, and i ended up getting an 'extra strength' Clearasil which seems to only have 5% Benzoyl Peroxide... in any case i'll let you guys know how i go with this
and just a few more glamour shots.. because... why not!
oh... and for these types of stains, water (warm or not) and rubbing alcohol dont work...
gonna leave the cream on her thighs overnight... hopefully the stains can be cleaned up later on tomorrow

You need to put her in a lit area otherwise it literally does nothing. Why the fuck are you leaving it on 'overnight'? It literally takes weeks with 10% benzoyl peroxide in full sun light to fade marks as dark as yours, and you only have half the strength of the needed ingredient.
