I bought Marth for a friend and it came in the mail today. Just want to say holy fucking hell... This thing is harder and more fragile than CCS was to set up. Every time we tried to put one piece in, another would fall out.

Yeah, they have limited movements and its basically just a head+static body. Because of this they are cheaper. I remember reading an interview with the CEO of GSC. The intent behind them is that they are cheaper and cute, so they are targeted for a younger audience (children, preteens). He wants to start them into collecting in hopes that when they become adults with money, he's roped them into purchasing for life.
For myself they just provide cute outfits for my nendoroids to wear.

Everything depends on popularity in Japan, anon. Overlord still has Albedo being made because her body sold like hotcakes while people found Ainz equally cute and respectable.
Shows with lots of characters have the added weight that if you make one titular character from it, fans will bitch and moan until you make the entire cast, which usually isn't profitable because many of them aren't good enough to sell on your own.
Regular MCs alone are usually fine, but making groups that you know will sell is always the best option.

Perhaps the shine? I find the gradient hair that the 2011 and 2012 Snow Mikus got is very shiny, which makes them look a little cheap. Pairing it with a metallic outfit might make it even more noticeable.

As for the boatgirl you posted, yeah, Figma prices in general have been ballooning lately, to the point where many feel that it isn't really worth it at this point. The KanColle Figmas have been consistently well-made, so it's mostly a question of whether you feel that it's worth the $60+ price tag.

Figure prices have been rising so I can see their sentiments on it. The only recent one I got that went above my usual figma price norm is Leonidas but all the accessories and new face printing tech explains the cost.

I'm so excited for Suga. I know they most likely won't do all of the team because it's way too many nendos but I hope they make Daichi and Asahi as well. I'm sure they will make Iwaizumi and Kuroo to have two for the other teams. I have a deep hope for them to make Bokuto and Akaashi since they're very popular in Japan and some of my favourite characters.

But has anybody bought one of these dollhouse diorama kits from banggood for their nendoroid? I think they're roughly 1:32 scale from searching on the website. Would it be too small? The one in my picture is less then $13 usd.

Those DIY kits are about 15 x 11.6 x 13 cm in size and nendoroids are about 10 cm tall so I think they would be a little small, which is too bad because I was considering getting one as well.

As far as I know Max Factory just works under Goodsmile to build certain figures. I know some of my other Nendoroids and figma have Phat and Freeing on them. Correct me if I'm wrong

It's not just the bed, everything will look a bit small compared to a nendo. I think you can find some decent nendo sized furniture on ebay for cheap if that's what you're looking for.

All nendo protos are still subject to QA by GSC's nendo team prior to mass production. However, in the production units, there are subtle differences between the GSC inhouse studios that produce nendos. For example, a lot of nendo parts from Tomytec nendos are not very compatible with GSC nendos due to parts and accessories being very tight if swapped.

Not to my immediate knowledge. You need to search around 2nd hand sites like Mandarake or Jungle or stalk around Yahoo Auctions Japan if you can afford the proxy fee.
I'd recommend a Figinstock account for various sites so you can get an alert when she appears.
Other than that, maybe MFC's own users can sell her off or even here on /toy/'s BST. That's how I manage to get her for $45 from an anon here but you need to act fast.

Mandy is extremely helpful and I think her regular aftermarket price is roughly 10k+ but hopefully you get the occasional listing that goes lower. She still demands a hefty price tag for a Nendoroid.
Otherwise search Jungle and Terraformer for more 2nd hand listings. Same idea as Mandarake but Jungle does charge an extra 5% from your order and shipping is a little higher.
