Yea, without a doubt. 24 team format meant unbalanced brackets, the yellow card rule from previous tournaments was now outdated because more matches were played, teams having vastly different rest times, and the riots and security breaches will cause this tournament to be viewed negatively. Wales was the most exciting part of the tournament for me. It was pretty bad when following the riots brought many of us more joy than the actual matches. Too bad they stopped two weeks in. It doesn't help WC 2014 and the Copas were much more enjoyable.
