USA has good players, but not elite ones, so they will need tactical discipline and heart to play to their potential. Americans are already positive with tons of heart, so we need more of a no-nonsense guy and analytical mind to bring out the best. Like Bradley, like Arena.
England already has good players, but they don't have the belief they can get it done, and this is up to the media and culture of negativity.
