Rugby is probably the second most popular sport in Britain. The English team just humiliated Australia by thrashing them in their own back garden - the first time we have EVER won a Test series there. We're basically going to be the best team in the world by the next world cup.

I reckon various forms of athletics are the next most popular, and we're fucking amazing at them too. We came 3rd in the 2012 Olympics despite a much smaller population than the US and China. People like Mo Farah, Greg Rutherford, our rowing teams, are among the best in the world.

Cycling has enjoyed popularity in recent years because we're so fucking good at it. Countless Olympic medals. Britons have won the Tour de France in 3 of the last 4 years (Bradders once, Froomey twice). Froomey is favourite again this year.
>8. Boxing
I don't know if it's the next most popular but we're amazing at it. Tyson Fury is the heavyweight champion of the world and there are currently 13 (thirteen) British world champions across the weight classes.

Danny Willett won the Master's, cucking Jordan Speith in the process. Christ that was absolutely glorious to watch. Also there's another British guy called Rory McIlroy who I hear is pretty good (current form notwithstanding).
