Am I the only one who remembers Paraguay only scoring in 2 of their 6 matches and making it to the finals in 2011? What is happening in the Euros is not representative of European soccer (which is better than western hemisphere soccer by the way) it is representative of tournaments where three teams can advance from a 4 team group. The group stages will always be cagey. 2015 Copa America's group stage was also like this. There are just less groups so you don't have to sit through as many boring matches. Chile was the only team that played well during 2015's group stages.
