Well, Latvia and Lithuania focus on basketball, so there's that, but Estonia I dunno. We certainly love football, but I can't give you the precise reason why we are shit. I figure not enough people take it seriously once they grow older. My cousins play it but there is little support for them to take it seriously from their family and they themselves are kinda lazy with going to practice and shit. So that's one part of it.
Plus don't take the memes seriously, we aren't a rich country even in Eastern-Yuropoor standards.
Their footballing structure from youth to senior level is probably at semi-amateur level and funded far less than slavic shitholes
