JBJ is a prime example of this. He makes use of trips/hip throws even though he's not formally trained in Judo. Its just the jackson-winklejon camp has integrated judo sweeps into their MMA so you just end up learning "Judo" throws without actually doing judo

Rory did a good job in alot of ways. Thompson kicking from rear leg was never really a factor. Used his front leg more because he could use it.
I think maybe Rory wait for blitz with his long guard but it not really come the way he wanted. Then when he was using his cross guard to come in, he never land.

USADA definitely has a list of these "tainted" supplements, and when you get tested you have to declare which supplements you're taking, so they would probably warn you not to take it again at the very least. If you keep on using supplements that are known as tainted they'll know something is up. If you don't report that supplement on your list they'll take that as proof of guilt.
