>Best regular season in history
>League MVP
>Start finals series with 2-0 lead after back to back blowouts
Losing now would be pretty big deal
nothing will ever be as bad as 18-1 unless it happens again.

>18-1 is bad despite the pats winning 4 rings
it honestly just makes you look desperate and petty
>>68581834
>>68582210
It will be worse than 18-1.
Thus far, teams who have trailed in the NBA Finals 3-1 have lost EVERY times. They're 0-32.
>le 18-1 lead to let shitposting board meme
>>68582292
18-1 is bad because the 2007 patriots were the greatest team in NFL history. it doesn't matter if they won 10 rings after that, it was still the biggest choke.

>the 2007 patriots were the greatest team in NFL history
im a pats fan and thats just not true
>>68581834
1-32 will be worse than 18-1
>>68581834
As a Giants fan, we probably would've lost a series. It's a lot easier to win one game
>>68582400
it is true. only one team came close to beating them, the team that had a prime Terrell Suggs, Ray Lewis and Ed Reed
>hehe at least my team didnt choke in the finals like the pats and warriors
>t. browns fan
>>68582400
You are literally unironically only saying that because they choked.
Hind sights always 20/20
The 2007 Patriots might not even be the best team to not win the Super Bowl desu. The 85/86 Bears and 97/98 Packers come to mind.

>only one team
Did you forget that the Giants almost beat them week 17?
The Warriors is by far worse than the Pats 18-1 because the Warriors are by far the most hyped team in the last decade. Beating the all-time record held by the Bulls made everyone jump on their dicks. Not to mention all the Golden State bandwagon fans which now appear everywhere (basketball has no fan loyalty).
The Pats isn't as bad because they are still an amazing franchise with the GOAT QB (this is coming from a Manning fan)

the ravens game was closer, in the giants game the pats outscored them by 8 in the 4th, but the ravens only by 3. and you must be pretty young if you think the warriors are more hyped than those Pats were. that week 17 game against the Giants was one of the most watched tv programs in US history.

I watched most of the Pats games that year including week 17 and 13. 17 probably just felt closer because of the shootout nature of the game.
It might just be because the warrior hype is still going on, but both teams are among the most hyped teams in history.
even though the Pats hype was deserved
>>68582455
True, that could make a warrior's loss worse. Especially when they were up 2-0 and 3-1.
