Yes, he won't age well if he doesn't change his game a lot, but he's easily the hardest player in the NBA to stop when he's on. He WILLS wins and chucks up loses, but he's a huge net positive. Kobr wasn't the most efficient but his drive and mental resilience kept his team in the games.

He's a very good coach to create one-game strategies and taking high-risk high-reward bets very successfuly. That's how he won the EC when he was coaching the Russian NT and the Euroleague with Tel Aviv, against all odds. That got him a hell fucking lot of hype in Europe.
However, imho he's overhyped. He's surely great at devising one-game strategies, but as your everyday and season-long coaching, there are a lot of coaches who are better or just as good as him.
Also, coaches have much more power over the players in Europe than they have in NBA.
