As someone from the few who agree with this I have to tell all people telling that the fact that Zlatan has no CL while Tsu does, u are not aware with how competitive sports works.
Of course you could easily measure how good a team is , or how good its players are , weather it can win a CL or not, but to be fair thats not the best criteria.
Teams of modern era tend to choose weather they are up to progress to CL or focus on the championship. This way players who could actually win the damn thing are forced to stay back and watch their team get disqualified from a team they could win - playing on full potential.
And the reason for that is what ? Its money. OFC most leagues (except BPL) give less money when u win them, than winning the CL itself, however when the chances of winning the CL are literally less than 30% (at least 4 totally decent teams with the opportunity to win it occure and its also a matter of luck and whos on a good day weather they ll win the damn CL or not).
So when u have 30% chances of winning the CL but more than 50% chances to win the league if u focus in it, what you do?
You take a CL medal away from zlatan.
