The Dutch used to be (maybe still are) great at that too, i remember a game against Feyenoord u14 when i was playing for a 2. Bundes teams you never heard about u15 team and they were literally runnning circles around us, game ended like 2:4 for the Feyenoord kids, who were at least 1/3 black kids to be fair, but were still 1 or 2 years younger and overall physically weaker than us. That was a long time ago though, when Ajax had the best academy in the world and Dutch youth football in general was amongst the best, their technique and precision was astonishing.
