m8 uni here is different. There are no classes or midterms or semesters. Just finals at the end of the year that cover the entire year that make or break your degree. Not to mention we learn in 3 years what you guys do in 4 for a bachelor's. Very few people actually coast, and your example only really works for math/cs degrees
