I have Tevez, I'm just trying out Dybala since I've never used him before and I pulled him a few weeks ago, I was using a 500k team that included Suarez, 88 IF Griezmann, 90 Busquetes, 86 Casillas, and 88 Ramos. I just... couldnt win with it anymore. I don't know what happened but I was getting stomped every game, no defense, no offense, I was tilting very hard. It got so bad where if I gave up a goal I would pretty much give up.
This squad makes me happy however, Its not super high rated, but it works. Somehow.

It's rather your mechanics you need to improve. Look at youtube videos and shit, build 1 new trick onto your playstyle every season you play.
Also play that advanced finishing minigame, it helps.

However, sure I understand my playstyle isn't that great. I'm pretty generic if you ask me, my predictive defense is pretty solid, but there are just some games where I can't get possession or some games where my defense can't stop anything and then the games where my goalie couldn't block a slow roller from 30 yards out. Lots of games where my star players seem to disappear.
And my biggest problem is definitely defense. So many through balls get passed my team, especially lobbed. I can't do anything to stop it, every time I try to do lobs, nothing works, and through balls hardly work, I have to build shit up to even get a chance at goal.
I'm really not sure how to git gud. I refuse to use cheese.
Again, the team is 35k apparently according to futhead. And I never claimed to not be the reason for why I can't win.
tl;dr. I don't know how to get good. I don't think my offense is bad, just my defense, I can't get the ball, so I lose a lot.
