Fire Casey. Let DeRozan walk. Let Carroll get healthy. Lowry is shooting like shit but he's not as useless as DeRozan since he isn't chucking as much. Build team around JV/Carroll/Powell I guess, which isn't super promising. Cory Joseph is a nice backup. Trade Lowry for anything since he's not worth resigning. Since no free agent likes Toronto they can chase second tier guys like Harrison Barnes and Courtney Lee. Toronto is a shit free agent destination and they're too good to tank so they're pretty much fucked. I guess they can keep praying that Caboclo turns out?
